All orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned or refunded.
We offer exchange for damaged items, defective items, or if wrong items are shipped. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for any other reasons. Defective or damaged item can be exchanged for the same product. If you are unable to access the streaming content, please contact VHX.
To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be returned in the original condition they were received in and in the original packaging. If you need to exchange an item for one of the above mentioned reasons, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. You must provide (a) order number (b) item to be exchanged and (c) reason for the exchange request. If the exchange is authorized, we will email you instructions on how to return the item.
